Pradeep Gurbani

Pradeep Gurbani Esq. is a Senior Consultant at DCMO Law Practice LLP with extensive experience in civil litigation, mediation, arbitration and possesses a broad practice encompassing commercial and contractual litigation, and is qualified to handle both litigious and non-litigious matters, probate, administration of estates, wills and trusts.

Pradeep is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and a Barrister-at-Law (UK), and also serves as a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. He is also a highly regarded and sought after mediator and arbitrator, holding positions such as Associate Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre, Mediator with SIMI, and Senior Mediator with the Law Society of Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, demonstrating his commitment to and expertise in dispute resolution.
Pradeep holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London, M.A. in Asia Pacific Studies from the University of Leeds and a Diploma in Applied Psychology..
