Rashpal Singh Sidhu

Rashpal Singh Sidhu is an Associate at DCMO Law Practice LLC.

Rashpal graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws in 2019 and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2020. He is a litigation lawyer and has assisted in a wide range of Family Law matters (both contentious and non-contentious matters).

Rashpal’s experience includes:

• Assisted in acting for and advising various individuals on contentious and uncontentious matrimonial matters such as Divorce, Ancillary Matters, applications under the Guardianship of Infants Act for custody and care and control of children, Variation of existing Court Orders.
• Successfully defended a Maintenance claim.
• Assisted in a successful Personal Protection Order application.
• Assisted in the enforcement of a judgment sum by way of Writ of Seizure and Sale of a house.
• Assisted in the drafting of several Wills.
• Assisted in a successful Deputyship application.
• Assisted in the enforcement of Court Orders by way of Committal proceedings.

Rashpal is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law. Rashpal has been involved in various Pro Bono projects since his University days, even helming the University Court Friends project for a year. In his personal time, he enjoys finding good food, discovering new music and spending time with his family.
